The Rapp Residence is a bungalow located in Richmond Heights. From the outside the home looks like the typical  bungalow.  Inside a series of renovations and additions have taken the bungalow/craftsman identity away.  The Owner would like to redesign & add (missing) detail to the interior of the home so that it looks and feels like one cohesive style – a traditional/classic bungalow/craftsman.  The Rapp family would also like to convert their attic into living space by adding two bedrooms and a full bathroom.  There are structural concerns regarding the addition on the back (East) of the home that also need to be addressed.
